When you grow older, you’ll rip the fruit of your labour’ and I used to laugh. ‘What do you mean? She said, ‘when you’re older, your body will start to rip the fruit of what you did to it in your younger day.”

“So please don’t wait till you get older before you start taking care of yourself. Not just for your mental health but for your physical body. Fans of Stella Damasus and Daniel Ademinokan might want to let go of any shroud of hope they have about the couple getting back together as things seem to have degenerated further between the Nollywood couple.
Ademinokan, in a recent Instagram post, talked about people who are quick to follow the words and advice of motivational speakers and some therapists.
However, it appears his post may have been in response to a post his estranged wife had put up about narcissists. According to her post, such people demand a lot without giving anything in return.
